I was expecting a repairman 8-10 but woke up after 7 so I needed something quick. I walked to the farthest c-store to buy a newspaper. 30 minutes round trip at a brisk pace.

Today is a strength training day as well as cardio. I will probably spend 90 mins. with my weights, and then do some walking/exercise videos for a total of 40 mins. of cardio.

I had a great walk to work this morning and since it isn't raining, I plan on getting a lot of walking (wore my good shoes)in through out the day.

Im still pretty sore so see me after tuesday; but i have Traci (tlhoyle) on the phone and she'll be going to the Y and doing the cross trainer and the treadmill and looking into stretch and strength training. I am reading this to her so she DOES IT! Have a Puppy Day!
