My goal through December is to keep going to the gym to exercise every other day. In January might go almost every day, as my health plan will now cover LifeTime Fitness, that has a bigger pool than the Pointe (Ballwin's municipal gym) has. Also nicer showers,, which will be important in February, when we hopefully will be getting our shower gutted and replaced.

No, nothing new...still struggling with portion control (major component of being overweight) and being sure I get enough exercise in.

I want to get to 10000 fitness minutes for the year. I will make it if I keep working like I've been.
