Mine is to keep up 150-200 minutes a week aerobic, as well as strength training to avoid diabetes. So far have gone from pre diabetic (in middle of the range) to just a tiny bit over the normal. Hopefully it will be back to normal when I go to the doc tomorrow. Christmas was tough---we had too much candy left. Need to give it away.

The same ones I always do, that are always a challenge: limit portions and walk 10,000 steps/day or its equivalent.

I am going to go back to measuring my food at each meeting and try to stick to my low carb high protein diet. I feel this may be my last decade and I want to work to make sure it isn't!

I'm going to continue to watch what I eat and exercise. I would like to reach 10,000 fitness minutes for next year.
