Hi everyone! I'm new to this I did pretty good overall I was home all day bored and didn't anything but my planned meals which is good but I did not drink enough water today. I also ended up having a late nite snack that wasn't planned but I still met my calories so I guess that's good. I hope to get to know all of you.

Hello all!

I had a Bridal Shower to attend today, I'm very happy it fell on a Sunday since that is my "cheat" day of the week with food! :)

The shower went well and it's been a good day overall. I overate a little on a appetizer before dinner tonight but that's about the only thing I regret for the day with eating. Everything else I enjoyed but didn't eat so much that I felt like garbage!

My calf muscles seem to be completely back to normal so I'm happy about that. The real test will be when I get up to run tomorrow morning!

Well, it's almost 10:30...I have to get going soon because I need to get my meds and I might as well pick up a few other things at the store while I'm at it. I need snacks for my guinea pig. This place needs cleaning like you would not believe, so after sitting around doing nothing for a week, I am absolutely going to get to work. I absolutely need to do laundry at least. Here's to getting my rear in gear.

I was sitting here thinking I should get something to eat and I got the email from the team leader asking people to check in -- see those emails work! Then I realized that I am legitimately hungry since I had breakfast 4 1/2 hours ago. I should probably eat before I get so hungry I devour everything in the kitchen.

Good morning everyone. I'm sorry I haven't had much chance to check in or do much. Can I just say that working at Walgreens is kicking my butt!! LOL!! My feet don't hurt as much now but I have been using a pedometer and find that I walk almost 10,000 steps each day. I have been doing resets (which is when we have to redo the sections) and those have involved getting up and down, moving things, etc. I told one of my managers that should be a Biggest Loser challenge, doing a reset at Walgreens, or probably any store!! My butt is sore like I actually had been working out and my body just aches!! But at the moment I am maintaining my weight more because I haven't watched what I was eating as much as I should. Last night was terrible. I was craving chips and dips and boy did I scarf them down. But, I don't do it often so I refuse to beat myself up with it. Today is a new day and will start over again.

Thanks for starting the check-in! I know I say it often but Deb and I love it when you guys do that! emoticon

I am up and ready to hop in the shower and get busy on the yard sale. My mom arranged for it to be a neighborhood sale and man oh man, we we so busy all day long that it was unbelievable!! I didn't overeat cuz I didn't have time! ha ha We got rid of alot of stuff and the neighbors were buzzing about how they did too. Block sales are definitely the way to do it if it can be done. We will do this every year now.

I have to go into work early last day of the month. So I started this one for today.

30 min. TM walk this morning.
