I'm so sorry for mis assuming you as being a guy.

and it's cool to hear 'breaky' another aussie thing I'm thinking!

and some of you are prolly going to ask what 'sultanas' are, they are basically raisins, just dried differently or soemthing they come from grapes just like raisins do.

Have a beautiful day!

good morning everyone, just for the record i am female not male and have been following the E2 diet and lost over 7 kilo i never weigh or measure food or count calories just stick to the E2 principles, it is fantastic and would recommend it to anyone.

BREAKY- mix half a cup each of polenta and wholemeal flour, 1 grated apple and some sultanas, mix with half soy milk and half water, cook like pancakes then serve with a chopped banana and soy yogurt.

LUNCH- blanch 500grms os snow peas so they are still crisp then put into a bowl with some chopped walnuts, apple slices and sliced red onion and use some lemon juice to dress and serve over some wholewheat couscous.

TEA-vegetable rissoles, cook haf a cup of red lentils until soft and 400 grams of chickpeas until soft then blend both together. then fry 1 chopped leek and 1 grated carott for 3 minutes add half a teaspoon each of ground cumin, ground corriander 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh mint 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and half a cup of wholewheat breadcrumbs, add the blended beans and lentils mix well and allow to cool, while they cool in your processor put quarter cup of almonds and quarter cup of wholewheat bread and make into crumbs, make lentil mixture into patties and roll in the almond mixture and fry for about 5 min on each side, then serve with some mashed potato and steamed vegetables. have a great day cheers Stoley

ahh, interesting.

I know from what Stoley eats, it sounds delish, I just count my calories so much and like to eat lots of little meals. Once I'm in my maintenance phase I'll prolly take a lot of his ideas (stoley's).

Have a beautiful day!

The E2 diet was started by a firefighter in Texas. The E is for engine. He is a vegan who eats lots of plant foods and also runs marathons. He saw that a lot of the other firefighters at his station were unhealthy with high cholesterol, diabetes & high blood pressure. He introduced them to his way of eating and they all became much healthier. He wrote a book about it that tells the background. It also has some very good recipes. There is a website also.

I know E3 is an algae product, not sure what E2 is. Earth squared? I'll be anxious to find out as well.

Are there any raw, vegans here?

Yup, Stoley, that's how my husband does it. I'm an american so it took a bit of getting used to. Funny how there are so many things the same and then so many which are different!

Have a beautiful day!

emoticon I was just confused because tea to me means a hot drink using different flavored tea bags. I know the English have High Tea at 4 PM and it is tea served with tiny little finger sandwiches or small pastries.

I have been meaning to ask you - what does TEA mean? You post that every day? It is probably something I will say, oh why didn't I already know that.

hi there, no sorry no idea about how many calories are in them , but they are not high in fat at all, i only use no fat soy milk and cheese. I have been doing E2 now for just over 6 weeks and have lost over 7 kilo and have never once counted calories or weighed or measured any food, i eat only whole unprocessed products and the weight falls off.I am also never ever hungry as the meals i make are filling and i never ever even need to snack.

these savory dishes sound delish, but high in calories, do you have any idea (off the top of your head) how much a serving is in calories??
