I second hummus and veggies and making your own trail mix. I usually make mine with peanuts, walnuts, raisins and vegan semisweet chocolate chips. A handful of trail mix takes the edge off.

If you look up vegancuts.com, they deliver trial snacks or you can order monthly snack box. all vegan. it's kind of cool.

There are lots of energy balls you can make vegan.

I'm a chip girl myself. So, I make kale chips or popcorn...like right from the stove real old fashioned popcorn with a touch of nooch on it.

Ideas for snacks: Celery and hummus, banana and peanut butter, trail mix (you can make your own).

I like to fix a snack of a sliced apple smeared with peanut butter and topped with raisins, oats and cinnamon. It takes about 5 minutes to fix, but I really love it.

I don’t know if you have a Trader Joe’s near you, but they have a lot of vegan snack options that are decently healthy. I like These Peanuts Go On A Date Bars. They have only 5 ingredients, dates, peanut butter, peanuts, flaxseed and sea salt. Trader Joe’s offerings generally lack the usual crap ingredients I find elsewhere. But they are still processed foods.

I love a good snack every now and then, especially when I get home from my classes but I'm in between meal times. I'm hoping for some recommendations on some healthy plant based snacks I could have ready that are quick and easy and will help keep me on track!
