That's what I need to do. I log my food and somewhere along the line I mess up. I think it is partially in my portion control. Tomorrow I will put my left foot forward and try again. But I will still do it emoticon One Day at a Time.

Good morning, my wonderful SparkFriends!!

I was thinking: "This is the 'One Day At A Time' team, but sometimes it becomes necessary to break our lives down into 'one foot at a time' in order to get to our goals. So I thought: "Okay, YESTERDAY was one of those too-many-calorie days. WHAT am I gonna do about it TODAY?"

Setting aside -temporarily- my other goal of walking and exercising vigorously, TODAY I am going to focus my attention specifically on what I eat. I need to enter my food information in the tracker and see what and where my problem is. So, today, (for me to accomplish my ultimate goal of becoming more healthy) I have to evaluate my food content, quality of food and quantity.)

Today, I'm going to put my left foot forward instead of my right foot (LOL) and deal with one foot at a time instead of one day at a time - JUST FOR TODAY!

I hope all of my SparklyFriends have a wonderful day and accomplish YOUR goals through one foot at a time to get to one day at a time!!
