Well I keep going from 186 to 192 and then back again...maybe since I'm done sitting at hospitals, and not eating right, I'll get back to losing again. This month I've been able to hold it at 186....come on 180 and lower...Have a great day gals.

I have got to get a grip on myself. My weight was 230 lbs at the beginning of April. I had another manic month when I couldn't exercises with any regularity and had to give up on Spark until things settled down again. The last few weeks I was working up to 16 hours a day and not eating regularly or sensibly, so I am now 239 lbs. In March last year I started at 242 lbs, so I am not far short of that and feel really fed up with myself.
I did get in 4 hours gardening yesterday and will do the same again today. I got up at 5.30 and was out there by 6 so I've made a good start and will hopefully keep it going. emoticon I WILL do it this time!

Oooohh, the scale tells the tale!

It finally said, "Ok, so, you want to keep putting that stuff in your mouth at bedtime, then I'm telling on you!"

And it did!

185 IS NOT HOW I WANT THAT SCALE TO BE GOING!!!!

I am grateful that my daughter (as well as my daughter-in-law!!) are now committed to keeping me accountable and themselves as well.

So, I'm picking myself up and stuffing myself back in this wagon with y'all!!!

TODAY - Is the most wonderful day of the year!! - - - No, it's NOT Christmas - - - it's just that TODAY is the only day we gotta work with!! Faults, failures, or dreams and successes - WE get to choose how we view what the plate of life holds for us!!

Let's make our choice of our view reward our efforts!

Just thought I'd stop by and see how all of us are doing...not too many keeping up on their weigh-ins, I hope that doesn't mean that you'll be surprised on down the road to some gaining....

Hope this season finds you happy, enjoying life, and watching what is put in your mouths...remember, it's better to give in for a little then to just totally blow it and scarf all your hard work away...

The totals for the team were on the other site ,,,you can check it out. At the time they were figured up Vandalee was ahead with 4.0 lost. Our total for the month was 6.9. It was on our challenges but I moved it to our today forum this month.

I weigh in on Thursday's. There hasn't been to a WW meeting on Thursday evening because of the holidays. Our meeting at the High School and when the school is closed for Staff meetings there is no WW meeting either. I haven't been to a WW meeting for two weeks. I did weigh myself at home and I lost .8 of a pound the day after Thanksgiving.

We did pretty good in November weighing in on Fridays, so let's keep it up! Put your starting weight in for the month, and list your Friday dates...Let's see if we can all lose at least 1# this month...but 2 would be great!!!!
