I know there are a lot of posts here so the post from Bullet on this question is probably buried way back, but for this challenge that starts today, the start weight and current weight are the same. Any weight lost before today is not counted for this challenge. We are all starting fresh together today for this challenge. But, for certain be proud of any weight you have lost up to this point!

Okay, I think I'm understanding a bit better now. I was a little confused with the whole thing but, now that I've read a little...I realize that since TODAY is the FIRST DAY OF THE CHALLENGE itself ...we need to put TODAY's weight down. It makes sense now. I misunderstood. But if that's the case, then I'm only putting down my GOAL WEIGHT to be for the 12 weeks. NOT my entire goal weight because for ME...there is NO WAY I'm going to lose 80 pounds in 12 weeks. Maybe they can do it on the BIGGEST LOSER show, but I have medical conditions that prevent me from losing weight THAT fast... :)

So...let's try this again...shall we?
