Gained 0.4 pounds.

My last 3 weigh-ins have been all over the place: +2.4, -3.2, +0.4

I'm disppointed in this because I was fairly consistant over the 6 weigh-ins before that: a loss of 0 - 2 pounds per week. Reminding myself to track all my food in my food journal, and meet all of my fast break goals.

Considering that at last week's weigh-in I had GAINED 2.4 pounds, I'm happy since this is a net loss of 0.8 pounds over 2 weeks (that included vacation time).

Not a good way to start but I gained 2.4 lbs this week!! joined the gym last Thurs and I've been 3 times and I'm hoping it's just my muscles retaining water. I weighed in at 204.6 this morning, ugh!
