I'll joing this thread! FYI-I'm on the HCG diet, so don't freak out about the drastic weightloss from 5/17 - 5/24 because that was my 1st week on the injections portion of the diet and I gained 6.5 pounds in the first two days due to the mandatory gorging requirement.

May 17, 2008- first triathlon- DONE! 1:21:47

June 5, 2008- hit the 40 pounds lost mark!

June 7, 2008- my fastest 5k ever! 28:28

September 6, 2008- 2nd half marathon-2:12:38- 31 minutes faster than my first half!

Percentage of weight was 4% starting weight was 208 now 203.25. I have discovered I can maintain but struggle to lose weight on a regular basis. Working on the problem still hopeful.

here is where we will be posting our percentage weight loss. when you set up your post remember to click on the edit button and repost each week. To find your post easier push your ctrl key then the f key type in your user name and it will take you there.
