Is anyone still following this challenge? I haven't seen any updated postings since the end of October. I will be joining this challenge as soon as my computer is repaired, but I have to use the computer at the library as I can't access this from my smartphone.

I'm a little shy about joining in on this challenge, but I really need some motivation to make the change I want to make. So, I will join this goal and just post my ups and downs...I am hoping all posts will be downs, but I have fought this for so long my hope is on the low end right now! Exercise is not a problem for me, so clearly eating is!
