I look forward to reading the link. My problem with getting away for more than overnight is finding someone to watch all of my cats. Maybe one day, though, we never know, do we?

Although I have not been on a retreat, several chapters of one of my books in progress were written in fire stations and a bookstore. But it must be nice to totally get away.

Most are a bit too rich for my budget, though some are cheaper than others and some have grants / scholarships available.

Have any of you ever gone on a retreat? How'd it go? Coming away, what were your thoughts?
