I wanted to hit 100 miles for July but 75 miles is looking more realistic. My back injury caused my training to take a hit in the first two weeks of the month. I am beginning my training for the Houston Marathon in January. I have signed up for the Detroit Free Press Half Marathon as an intermediate goal.

I'm not training for any marathon at this time, and it really feels funny. I try to keep my mileage between 20 - 30 per week, but with all the summer activities, travel and visits, I'm happy to get 3 - 4 runs in every week....
