Good day yesterday and a great start to the day today with a 5am workout. It really sets the tone for my day. I haven't been on the scale, though - waiting for the beginning of next week. =)

Weigh in was the 8th and fell into the 180s just barely but it is so positive for me and giving me such a good feeling that now the journey continues

Okay so were in a new month and i have started out on a good note!! Today I completed a walk and man that felts soooo good I made the plan and followed through with it to eat at the table!! And Honestly I miss the old fashion dinners at the table so this is something that i plan on doing ate lets once out the day since the kids are in school!! but I had great day!!

Today was my weigh in but could not go as had work persons here at the house putting in a second bathroom YEAH on the second bathroom NAY not being able to weigh in

I've been really consistent this week and am feeling so great. I can really see the difference that staying within my calorie range makes. I've been trying to focus on putting good things in my body for my body's sake, not for weight loss, vanity, etc.!

Okay so this morning I got up and got the kids off to school i Ate me a 400 cal breakfast which was 1 scrambled egg 1 slice of wheat bread 1 slice of cheese and 2 slices of bacon and 1/2cup applesauce!!! Yumm Im so proud of myself!! I also completed a 1mile walk WATP dvd and that has me sayin woohoo woohoo!!! and now Im on my way to do a 30 min bootcamp with the biggest loser!!! how fun!! go me go!!

So far today I have mananged to complete The biggest losser boot camp dvd week 1 I only slowed down a few times and that was just because i didnt know how to do some thing and and to take it slow but other then that i feel i did GREAT!!! I also poped in the walk at home dvd miles 1&2 but was only into 10 mins of it I was so out breath and tired I could keep going I did the two dvds back to back!! but im going to to the mile later on today after lunch!! I also have tracked my foods for yesturday and today so far well yesturday not so well but today is a new day so that = a new start!! WOOHOO CANDACE!!!

I've not been tracking since Aug 09 and yesterday was my first day back. Only regained 3lbs of the 27 lbs lost. Now I'm starting phase II - to lose the remaining 20. My goal is 125 lbs by the end of June. Haven't made it back to gym, so that's next.

I ate sushi for the first time yesterday for lunch, which seems like a success in and of itself! But I'm more proud of having made healthy choices and then staying within my calorie range. I try to pack my lunch every day because I get so tempted to make poor choices when I eat out.

Well today I had complete a 1 mile walk with the 5 day slim down and i did strenght trainng along with preping my dinner for tonite and I have even tracked so.....................Woohoo woohooo woohooowoohooo go me its my day oh yeah im good!!

I have now completed 6 days of BootCamp with only a little modification, woohoo!

Today I returned to my goal weight, finally, although with all this added ST I know my weight is going to fluctuate a lot!

But today I feel great!
