POINTS MUST BE TOTALED NO LATER THAN 8 PM (CENTRAL TIME) FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 22 IN ORDER TO GET THE 100 BONUS POINTS.

PART 1A — Chat Room: (120 total points possible)

This is for 4 days out of the week. You get 25 points when you post in your team BSG Chat Room – to share what is going on in your life. You get 5 points for responding to your teammates posts to give support, encouragement, motivation, advice and friendship. If you do less than 4 days you do not get any points. **Remember it’s important to give support and encouragement to your teammates.

Option #2: February 17th is Random Acts of Kindness Day. What random act of kindness will you do today? Do you try to do random acts of kindness? Have you ever done a random act of kindness for someone you don't know?

PART 5 — BSG Interaction/5 per day: 10 points each (limit: 50 points per day)
Visit five BSG team members’ pages (any team...mix it up and visit different ones) and leave a comment on their page or blog, give them a goodie or comment on their activity feed(not just clicking “like”).

REMEMBER: DO WHAT you can WHEN you can. Don’t stress if you can’t do everything. Supporting your teammates is the main idea behind the buddy support groups. The challenges are to help us have fun and to help maintain and/or improve our health and fitness.

February is the month of the heart. We need to have a strong heart to keep going in life. This month is all about cardio! Include cardio in your goals this month. Get at least 10 minutes per day 5 days per week.
