POINTS MUST BE TOTALED NO LATER THAN 8 PM (CENTRAL TIME) MONDAY, JUNE 17 IN ORDER TO GET THE 100 BONUS POINTS.


PART 1A — Chat Room: (200 points)
This is for 4 days out of the week. You get 50 points when you post in your team BSG Chat Room – to share what is going on in your life as well as give support, encouragement, motivation, advice and friendship to each of your teammates. If you do less than 4 days you do not get any points. **Remember it’s important to give support and encouragement to your teammates.

Option 2: National Eat Your Vegetables Day is observed annually on June 17. How do you get more vegetables into your diet? What are your favorite or least favorite vegetables? Do you have any good vegetable recipes to share?

OR

Option 3: If you would rather write about a different topic near and dear to your heart, feel free! Just make sure it is not just a picture or a couple sentences.

REMEMBER: Do WHAT you can WHEN you can. Don't stress if you can't do everything. Supporting your teammates is the main idea behind the buddy support groups. The challenges are to help us have fun and to help maintain and/or improve our health and fitness.

A good evening routine promotes relaxation and a better sleep. Creating and maintaining a night time schedule provides a sense of routine, and in some cases, something to look forward to. Some sort of regularity eases day-to-day stresses.

To score points set a reasonable bedtime and get into bed by YOUR pre-determined bedtime. If you are in bed by YOUR bedtime score 10 points. If you dawdle and distract yourself and do not get to bed on time, score zero points.
