Hi team, I'm new to this challenge. It's my first day and I jumped right in...did 4 sets of 30 jumping jacks and the complete workout below. I'm also going to do at least 30 minutes on the stationary bike. I'm taking it easy because I twisted my knee doing Zumba a few days ago and it's still sore, but I'm doing what I can!

The Hundred, The Roll-Down, The Single-Leg Circle, Rolling Like a Ball, The Spine Stretch Forward, and Side Kicks Front, or do them all it is your call ...please share you what completed for the day....

1-1-12=single leg stretch
