To maintain we're told we need to exercise 2 to 3 times per week for 30 minutes. We want to be over that, so we are setting a goal of at least 2 1/2 hours per week (or 30 minutes for 5 days). For 4 weeks, that is a TOTAL GOAL OF 600 EXERCISE MINUTES FOR APRIL! Our challenge is to see if all who sign on can do it! I know we can!!
