Here are "the rules":

~ The Challenge begins this Wednesday, April 2. This will take us up to Wednesday, April 30.
~ For 4 weeks we will track our walking. Each week under the Challenge Forum there will be a new thread for that week. For example: "Beat Our Miles Challenge: WEEK 1". You will post 1 time only.
~ Each day for that week you will edit your post to reflect the amount of miles you walked, jogged or ran. Any mile that you walk that you can track counts. For this challenge we are counting only walking, jogging or running miles.
~ The object of the challenge is to total our miles as a team each week & beat the miles from the previous week to motivate us to walk farther. To make it a little easier for the admin, please keep a running total either at the top or bottom of your post.
~ At the end of the challenge we will add up our total miles. Based on participation, we may continue on to beat our total miles for the next challenge.

Remember, 2000 steps = 1 mile.
