Awesome. My day 10 accomplishment was that I was hungry after work, as I was checking out with my dog food I was tempted by so much, but picked up nothing. I even thought about stopping to get something to eat on the way home. I didn't, I ate at home as I had planned. I knew if I gave in to that I would never quit.

Still day 9: another accomplishment... I'm so glad I FINALLY did my batch cooking: a big pan of soup and two pans of vegetable stew to freeze so if I want a healthy snack / meal I can defrost it.

Oh, early bed! that's SO hard for me! Well done!

Day 8 - Today I went to the gym (medical fitness) for the second time. I got myself there at 9 am which was an accomplishment in itself.

It doesn't matter if you count or not. The idea is to make 10 posts at least in which you say what your accomplishment was that day. But of course, you can also make it one hundred days! :)
I forgot to post yesterday.... I'll 'cheat' and post an accomplishment of yesterday and one of today. So this is day 7.

Yesterday an accomplishment was doing a very good session with a client. I had a big headache when we started and it was gone when the session was over.
Today I cleaned our fridge! Whew.

Don't know what day here either but does it matter? We are actually getting up and doing something for us. I so needed to get myself back on track. I had fallen so far off I couldn't even hear the train any longer.

Yesterday I finally got some much needed work done around this house. I also got some shopping done for the week and even snuck in a bit of a nap. today I'm back to work, vacation is over. Yuck.

Yesterday we headed out for a motorcycle ride. We left at about 9:30 and returned about 4. We went to the flea market some two hours away, then we stopped for lunch on the way back, firehouse subs, I had the light menu sub and it was awesome. So we had fun, relaxed and I still ate great.

Ladybugsy, it IS an accomplishment to get out of bed some day. And it's also a very good fist step! To do other things that will help your health and wellbeing. Just my thought...

Day 4 Took the bike and had a small ride to a nearby park. It is my first step to go back to exercising after a few days of being at home with the flu.

Today was a good workout at the gym also. Had a good breakfast and so far nothing for lunch. so early dinner I think. I did have a snack and heartburn so no appetite right now which in a good way is awesome for me.

Getting out of bed some days is an accomplishment here. So no need to apologize for it. I have gained back all that I had lost and more so starting over is what I'm doing. One step at a time. When I head back to work next week I may not have but getting out of bed to be happy for.
