15 minutes on my bike. Had plans to head to the gym after work but hubby called and needed me to bring him to his truck which was at the shop and ready. So my workout was cut.

Any exercise is better than none. So good for you.

30 min. stationary bike in the morning
50 min. walk in the afternoon.
