I have been drinking up to 9 glass of liquid everyday which includes water, tea and coffee.

I try to get at least 2 litres/day.
Apparently 1 of the important things is to try to drink just prior to eating, even a bowl of soup can help in maintaining a fuller feeling and the consumption of less calories at a meal.
This is something I really need to work on as I can quite often start a day well but forget by evening meal time

We all know we need water to survive. Some drink more than others....but, that shouldn't matter to you.

Come here daily or as often as you can and tell us ....How much did you drink today?
