I have decided to make different salads this month and next month as well. So far I have made four different ones which makes life more interesting.

Tops2, I made black beans scrambled eggs and then took some of the beans and used them in my salad. I hope that helps you.

not progressing too well at this stage with beans, lentils challenge, have only had 1 meal of chickpeas. maybe if i make a dip it could be something that i end up snacking on.
likewise, have only had 2 alcohol-free days in the first half of the month.rather than each week.
this is something i really need to get ontop of ,as it is just empty calories

have a new exercise program that i need to start, as well.

Get pool opened (done)
Finish redoing flower and hosta beds (one down, four to go)
Get back to a regular workout routine once the outdoor work is done (starting today since it's too hot to work outside)

My goals
Strength train in addition to walking at least 4 days per week
Continue with getting at least 80 oz of water per day
Up my steps walked to 10,000 (up to 8-9,000 per day right now)

My goals.
I have been successful for a long while in having at least 2 meat-free days each week.
I would now like to try for 3 days meat-free and introduce more beans and lentils into my diet

in addition, will continue to use the Spark trackers for nutrition, exercise, mood, stress, sleep etc.

also have 2 alcohol-free days per week
