Week 4 Jan 28 371.8

Week 8 Feb 25 375.1 up 8.8 pounds from last week
Week 9 March 4 368.5 pounds down 6.6ponds from last week but up since start
Week 10 March 11 365.2 pounds
Week 11 March 18 371.8 pounds
Week 12 March 25 365.2 pounds again, shed the previous 6.6 pound increase
week 13 April 1 371.8 pounds up 6.6 pounds again and makes 3.3 up for Month of April.

sure next month should be great.
In April, I will also try to recommence my chair exercises and log these into my Spark activity tracker.

Are there any other things that you would be interested in trying?

Even a challenge to consistently lose what appears to be a trivial amount of weight, can be daunting and frustrating when embarked upon.
In another team, the was an article posted that once we have reached an equilibrium weight that further weight losses can be difficult due to our bodies rebelling by slowing our metabolism, increasing our appetite and our focus on food.
So, at the end of the day, whilst it would be nice to lose weight, 1 of the most important things is to eat healthily.
Along with this is also to consume more veges, low-calorie fluids(ie NOT Thick Shakes!), fibre and some fruit if we are ever overcome by appetite.
