June has only 5 days left. But still I will join.

I am a bit scared to post my challenge because I am afraid I'll fail. I have failed so many, many times before. But I have no real choice but to keep working on improving my habits. So here goes... My main challenge now is to avoid overeating. I have made a food plan with three meals and three snacks and I want to challenge myself to eat only at the set times in that plan, and not eat more than is in the plan.
