My September goal is to run 33 miles.

I am following a ''from 5k to 10k training program, and September is the first month of this program.

Before that, I did the ''from couch to 5k'' training program with great success.

I am thrilled with these programs and with my progress.

Getting my knee injections 3 weeks this month so not sure if it'll slow me down but I'll try to go for
100 miles this month

I didn't make my goal for August, I only got in 57 miles so for September I'm making my goal 65 miles. i have a 1/2 marathon at the end of the month so i'm hoping to get in more running this time.

Getting my knee injections 3 weeks this month so not sure if it'll slow me down but I'll try to go for
100 miles this month

Goal 100 miles
