Fruits and veggies have "good" carbs, as do beans. Also low-fat dairy, and products that are 100% whole grain. I'm doing South Beach which is focused on healthy carbs so maybe you could look there for ideas. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I need more healthy carbs each day. It seems like I'm really struggling to get enough in. What are some of the things that you guys are eating?

Short-term goals:
-Drink more water
-Eat the appropriate amount of carbs/fats/proteins each day.
-Get into non-maternity pants by my birthday (mid-February)
-Exercise 3-4 times a week
