I know I'm supposed to exercise to keep up my bone density...never mind loosing weight or building muscle...that would be nice too...
I'm just having trouble with my get up and go has got up and went...
I did finally join a gym...I'm taking it slow....

Weight loss is 75% diet and 25% exercise.

However, some exercise is important. If you lose weight using diet, alone, you're also losing muscle and bone density.

If you hate exercise, don't let that scare you off. When I was obese, in 2010, I lost 60 with almost no exercise, and kept most of it off. Although I exercise a little bit now, I know that I still exercise less frequently and less intensely than what is recommended.

Do what you can. If diet is what works for you, then diet.
