CHALLENGE YOURSELF!

Track your daily miles here. Gazelle, walk, run, jog, bike, chair stepping, etc. If you don't have a pedometer or mileage meter, the general rule is 15 min. of exercise = 1 mile. Set a realistic goal for yourself. What are you aiming for this month?
