Well, I haven't been back on the glider but got in a 12 minute walk tonight. Still too hot out! MUS make myself do mornings. emoticon emoticon

CHALLENGE YOURSELF!

Track your daily miles here. Gazelle, walk, run, jog, bike, chair stepping, etc. If you don't have a pedometer or mileage meter, the general rule is 15 min. of exercise = 1 mile. Set a realistic goal for yourself. What are you aiming for this month?
