Is there anyone else doing this challenge? Let's disregard #2 & 6

Rules:
1. If you have a weekly weigh in day you can weigh on that day or wait & weigh at the end.

2. You must complete at lease two consecutive Boot camps (2 weeks)on Induction. If you've completed Induction & you prefer a different program (PP or SB, for example, just tell us where you are in that program & join us, as long as you're willing to follow the other rules!)

3. If you have completed Induction since January 2009, just tell us what level of OWL (or other low carb program) you are now on.

4. BOOT CAMP will require at least 30 minutes of daily fitness activity. You are allowed one recovery day(no planned exercise).

5. Post your progress daily. Be sure to tell us exactly what plan you're following. Daily reporting of menu and exercise is a requirement. Make your SP trackers public!

6. You must OWN a copy of DANDR & read Chapters 11 & 18 (read the whole book if you haven't read it) - or a copy of the book for the plan you are following.

7. NO ALCOHOL! (drinking it or eating sugar alcohols)

8. No aspartame. No sugar.

9. Limit of 3 servings of other artificial sweetener/day.

10. Drink your water. AT LEAST 64 oz/day.

11. Eat a minimum of 1,000 calories per day.

12. Get your sleep.

13. NO CHEATS allowed. If you cheat on this BOOT CAMP, honestly report to the group & then bow out of boot camp. Please continue to post on the Induction thread or the "Not Quite Boot Camp" thread.

16. No Disappearing: You'll have to "fess up" before you can join another BOOT CAMP.

OK, good, and thanks :)

well, today I stayed well in the carbs area, but calories were way high for me. Water is good and exercise... (sigh)

I nearly fell into a binge and stopped... remembering I have to meet an agressive goal. I've even thought my standart, "well, messed up today (high calories), might as well eat up and start again tomorrow." but I didn't, and am fighting against the desire. I'm NOT hungry. I had a huge steak for dinner. It's just the mind trigger of knowing my calories are already high.

Breakfast:
Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops) 2.7 oz
Regular Coffee, 20 fl oz
cream, heavy whipping, great value, 2 tbsp

Lunch:
chicken-grilled breast, skinless, boneless, 3 oz
Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops) 2.7 oz
horseradish sauce-smoky Madison St. 2 tsp

Dinner:
steak-ribeye-cooked, nothing added, 12 oz
Pork Skins 1.75 oz
Velveeta Cheese Dip, 1 serving

Snack:
Almonds, 10 almond
cream cheese, philly 1/3 less fat (neufchatel), 1 oz
peanut butter great value chunky, 1 tbsp
Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, whole

i want you to stay and keep posting... you are less likely to be on track without the accountability!

get your food back under control and then we will work on the exercise!

Dinner- porkloin and salad
Snacks- s/f jello, chicken, mock root beer float, mushrooms

I just can't seem to get in the proper exercise. Today we worked on the pool, uncovering, etc... but I didn't work up any sweat.

Should I bow out of the bootcamp for not exercising 2 days in a row?

AND I forgot about the aspartame thing... I had a diet root beer, which I think is sweetened with aspartame, not sure, didn't think to look at the time.

What's your opinion, Maria?, it's just us right now. :)
