Do it Anyway

Identify one task and do it anyway - I tracked my food on myfitnesspal

How did it make me feel? I felt good I know that tracking my food nad keeping within my calorie limit is an important skill that will help me to lose weight and keep it off permanently.

Action I will stick with today no matter what!!
- I will do the daily exercise for 100 days of weight loss
- I will drink 3 litres of water
- I will do my workout for the day
- I will get 10,000 steps
- I will eat slowly and mindfully
- I will stop eating when Im satisfied 80% full, not stuffed

Day 2 October 11, 2016
Declaration today, October 11, 2016, I have made the decision to be committed to my weight loss plan, and not just interested.

I will stick to my program, no matter what.

I will stick to my weight loss plan even if:

- people offer food to me Im responsible for what goes into my mouth
- even if my favorite treats are in front of me they will still be available when I get to goal there is no shortage
- Ill workout even if I feel tired I can do a less intense workout an easy, low impact workout is better than no workout.
- Ill sleep early so I feel energized for morning workout.

Today I missed my morning workout due to lack of time. I did the workout at mid-day. Committed people workout anytime morning, noon or night!

Day 1

I used to be that way, but now Im different:

I used to lose enthusiasm for healthy eating and exercise as soon as I started to lose weight, but now I practice healthy behaviour consistently.

I used to get discouraged if I didnt feel motivated to work out, but now I make working out and exercise a habit something I do because Im disciplined and I always feel great when my workout is complete.

I used to feel I need to do things perfectly, but now I know that I will see results if I am consistent. 80% effort that is completed is better than a 100% perfect effort that isnt.

I used to stay up late, and then Id feel too tried for my morning workout, but now I get to bed and get a good nights sleep and Im ready for my morning workouts.
