Catching up..

Day One..I used to be that way but I have changed so many things in the last few years
Day Two..Oh yes, I am committed. I have a piece on commitment that I need to find and read again
Day Three..Do it anyway. This is difficult for a person who is better but still a "self will run riot" type personality.

Still catching up on these days
Day Four..Boundaries, not diets.
Day Five..Magic notebook
Day Six..Protect your program...
Day Seven..I can do it!
