Thanks Renee', I stepped on the scales this morning (even though it's not my weigh-in day) and I'm liking what I'm seeing! I think I may meet my goal...or at least pretty darn close! I just have to stay focused over the next few days!!!

I have to start over somewhere so...

Goals this week...

1. drink 64 oz or more water 7/7 days
2. do at least 15 minutes of exercise 5/7 days
3. lay off the Halloween candy

dang... no goals met today. Will try again tomorrow.

2. Huddle and reply to 2 threads on my challenge team, this team and my writing team (I need to feel the spark!).

3. Drink 94 oz of water everyday.

4. Read everyday to de-stress.

5. Set up one goal to accomplish everyday and actually accomplish it.

I've been having computer issues and have not been able to do my first two which shows because then everything else goes off whack when I'm not in the spark mood. I'm trying though!

Keep up the good work!

My son is better now and back at school today. I never got the flu, but I feel like I do have a decent chest cold and constant sore throat, I sound horrible. Otherwise fine, no fever.

I've not been dieting at all over the last week at all... lots going on, will post more later.

But I hope y'all keep it going and reach your halloween goals!!!! I'm rootin' for ya!

DOWN2SEXY- I'm sorry for your loss. {{HUGS}} It's hard to stay consistent when you're going through so much and being pulled in every direction. I'm right there with you. Lately, though I kinda found my groove after months on a plateau. Now I weigh less than I have in three years....finally! lol Hang in there. :)

Okay. I officially surrender. I give up. I'm not going to lose even one lousy pound before Halloween. I am so busy running this direction and that...I'm lucky to get a couple of walks in each week. Gods only know what I've been putting in my body for fuel, because I sure haven't been paying attention.

Right now I don't feel like I have anything under control and I think I could use about 48 hours in each day. I had been getting a lot accomplished until a death in the family took the wind out of my sails for about a week...maybe 2. I've been trying to get back on track with my work, my home chores, party preparations, nutrition, exercise, sleep, etc. but I feel like it's all shot to hell in all areas.

I can't stand the sight of the scale or a tape measure, although my clothes still seem to fit the same, so I don't think I have gained anything more than a pound or two. I'm sick to death of me and I am tired of even trying to lose weight.

I will try to get my head back in the right place and get back with the program. Thanks for listening to me rant.

my dh is making cinnamon rolls. The smell like... like... a size 20. they should be called FAT rolls cause that's what they leave on my body. I am having a hard time not wanting them, yet on the other hand I don't want any. I think I'll just drink my evening coffee then go hit the treadmill and get in those 20 minutes!

my dh is making cinnamon rolls. The smell like... like... a size 20. they should be called FAT rolls cause that's what they leave on my body. I am having a hard time not wanting them, yet on the other hand I don't want any. I think I'll just drink my evening coffee then go hit the treadmill and get in those 20 minutes!

2. 20 total carbs or less - 29 total carbs! boohoo, it's what I get for not tracking throughout the day. but not all is lost carb wise... 12 fiber, 17 net carbs. :)

I am new, but I have about 4 weeks to make my Hot by Halloween goal of 142lbs.

1. calorie count as best as I can
2. drink more water
3. work out 3 times a week
4. stay positive

Ok I'm going to try this:

1. Stay between 1200 and 1500 cals a day
2. At least two servings of fruit
3. At least two servings of vegetables
4. Thirty minutes of cardio 5 days a week
5. At least 3 days of strength training a week

These are usually my goals for the week but if I put them here and log in every day with a group I might be able to keep to them better.

I found out about this team through another team I was on - and when I looked at the challenges I thought it was right up my allie.

My 5 goals for October -

1) Eat at home at least 6 nights per week.
2) Eat 3 servings of fruit a day
3) Eat 4 servings of veggies a day
4) Exercise for 15-45 minutes every day
5) Stay within my SP calorie / nutrition ranges

I just started SP about a month ago, so I don't think it's realistic to say I'll be a hottie by this Halloween - but I'm hoping not to still be spooky.

here are the 5 things that I think will bring me success in October.

Goals for October:

and to stay consistent! no falling off the wagon! no "off" days! no excuses, including the half price Halloween candy that will be available when the sales start! No No No!

31 days left. Take it one day at a time, revamp your goal if needed and let's make them happen!

What 5 main things will you need to do in order to reach that goal? State them here, then check in daily to be held accountable for each thing. Yep, you gotta tell on yourself! AND encourage others to keep it going!
