I could do,this except I would use broth in place of the soup, with a little corn starch as a thicker along with any mushrooms I have in the fridge. I often make my clean out the fridge dish when I have a little of this and a little,of that usually with some type of pasta

Keep on track

Yes...1 soup of any kind. 1 meat of any kind. 1 veg of any kind. 1 cooked pasta of any kind. As for soup, do you have a spare can of soup of any kind taking up space in your kitchen? Use it!

My trick? When I use Ramen noodles for the pasta, I use the seasoning packet w/ water in place of the 1 soup.

For the meat, I use either canned chicken breast or canned tuna.

For the veg, I use either canned corn or canned green beans.

Easier to understand? Just yell if not!

I have not done a pantry challenge in a good while... Doing one shows all of that creativity we never knew we had!

I have a recipe called Mix n Match Skillet that I use when groceries are low... In large skillet, combine 1 cooked pasta, 1 soup, 1 vegetable and 1 meat...w/ mustard, soy sauce, steak sauce & hot sauce or whatever sauces you have/want. Bring to boil then cook for 25-30 minutes. This recipe can make ANY concoction you can think of! I found this recipe from a library cookbook years ago that a woman shared about what she does when grocery money is low.
