I went for a walk on my lunch break and reached for sugarfree gum instead of my Special K bar. I figured if I was still hungry for it in 2 hours, then I could eat it.

The last couple days I've really listened to my body and stopped eating when I was full. Also got outside for a long walk with my son at a forest preserve yesterday - the weather was great. It was relaxing and active - great combo!

I ran! Day 1, week 2 of the 8 week 5k your way plan. I've done this once before, last year, but this time I'm running almost 1mph faster! Yay! I also turned down a decadent treat earlier and ate in range!!

Out of town for 5 days
Walked 4 of those days
Drank plenty of water
Stayed in calorie range 3 of those days

We were out of town over the weekend. I did stay in my calories
I walked
I ate my veg and fruit
I drank 8 plus in water


Monday 11-17-11
Walked 3.75 miles
Ate fruits and veg
Drank water
Stayed within my calories
