A German dish for "Viennese cutlet," this famous Viennese dish actually originated in France.

It's a veal SCALLOP that is dipped in flour, beaten egg and bread crumbs before being sautéed. Wiener schnitzel is usually garnished with lemon slices and sometimes hard-cooked egg, anchovies or capers.

Octopus? I've played with one when scuba diving and I'v filmed one when snorkelling and I tried eating a tiny one but it was, as you say, rubbery and my tongue found the suckers.... ugh....

can be eaten in a variety of ways including raw, boiled and pickled, sautéed, deep-fried or for more mature specimens, simmered or boiled for several hours. The texture is very rubbery, what I have tasted.

TANGERINE
The tangerine (Citrus tangerina) is an orange-colored citrus fruit which is closely related to the Mandarin orange (Citrus reticulata).

Tangerines are smaller than common oranges, and are usually easier to peel and to split into segments. The taste is considered less sour, but stronger tasting, than that of an orange.
While less sour, tangerines are considered to be sweeter than oranges.

What can be considered by some to be a good tangerine will be firm to slightly soft, heavy for its size, and pebbly-skinned with no deep grooves, as well as orange in color.

Peak tangerine season lasts from October to April in the Northern Hemisphere. Tangerines are most commonly peeled and eaten out of hand.
The fresh fruit is also used in salads, desserts and main dishes.
The peel is dried and used in Sichuan cuisine.

The number of seeds in each segment (carpel) varies greatly.
A popular alternative to tangerines are clementines, which are called seedless tangerines and are also a variant of the mandarin orange.
HISTORY
Tangerines have been cultivated for over 3,000 years in China.
They are also high in concentration in present day Burma.
Tangerines have been found in many shapes and sizes, from as small as a small walnut, to larger than an average orange.

Eggs Benedict
A breakfast or brunch specialty consisting of two toasted English muffin halves, each topped with a slice of ham or Canadian bacon or shrimp, a poached egg and a dollop of HOLLANDAISE SAUCE.
My favourite eggs benedict is with shrimp, instead of the bacon or ham. It is usually not on a menu but if you ask for shrimp at some restaurants, they will oblige.

Sour Dough Bread - Sourdough starter is alive.

Thus the easiest way to get starter is find someone with it, and borrow a small amount and increase it. If you wish to have a starter other than whatever is local, this is the only way to get it.

If you cannot find a source of starter it is easy to make your own.
Here is how it is done:

Ingredients
unbleached (wholegrain works best) flour
non-chlorinated water

Bleached flour or tap water can be used, but these may give undesirable results. Chlorine in tap water can kill the wild yeast that you wish to grow. Bleached flour has most of the yeasts killed.
Method:
A recipe web search to make sourdough from scratch is a available.
