I made up a bicycle challenge continued from June, but now setting your new goal for the month of July. Look for it under the NY SparkTeam. Maybe July will be nicer weather for us than June has been; June acted more like April.

Got my bike out yesterday. Not sure how far I went but rode it around the back roads near home for an hour. Really enjoyed the ride. Raining today so will do elliptical or treadmill instead.

I just found this and would love to join in. My husband and I bough new bikes this spring but he messed up his knee so haven't ridden them much. I did go for a ride the other day and have been doing alot of walking and gardening but really want to get out on my bike more.

I haven't rode my bike recently because I'm trying to train for a 5K & been busy walking/running & feel pooped out to ride my bike. If it rains I spin then
at home
I'm going to try to fit bike riding in between my walking days

I did some random walking, gazelle and then planted flowers to replace the ones that had died from probably the lawn food I put on them. We even had to go to the cemetery to replace some of the flowers there. Anyways I got 115 minutes of exercise and 13450 steps for today.

I've been working out & alternating walking & bike
riding.
Today I walked: 8640 steps & did weight Training

I need to start getting more serious about this biking thing...sadly, my plans for biking to work were thwarted by the road crew that's tearing up the road between home and work...no longer safely passable. I figure they'll finish up around the end of the biking season...ugh! That leaves pretty much only the weekends for me.
