just starting eating clean and trying to also go as glutten free as possible, have about 125 lbs. to lose and my 20 year old son has over 200 lbs. to lose, so this is an important health mission for us, obviously. Just checking in to see if any team challenges happening in Sept., wishing everyone a great Spark journey!

I need to lose at least 10 pounds and also deal with hypothyroidism and arthritis or rather degenerative disk disease.

I'm in for the challenge. I've ordered the book, but it won't be here until next week so I am winging it on rules for nutrition. I also need to get in some exercise.

Eating 5 to 6 times a day pairing protein and carbs and or a healthy fat sounds great. I have lots of quickie protein shakes with flax oil and cinnamon. Making sure you pack your stuff is good too for you. Why don't we do both?

What do you want to focus on? Do you want to focus on a certain meal like making sure you eat breakfast within an hour of waking? Or do you want to make sure that 5-6 times a day we are pairing protein and carbs? I also struggle with packing my stuff to bring with me. That's a challenge for me. What are you thinking?

I'm up for a challenge! What do you have in mind? I would like to do someting nutritional. I am abstaining from grains right now until I get more insulin sensitive. Other than that I am game! Hopefully someone else will chime in here!

Is anyone interested in doing a weekly challenge, whether it be fitness or nutritional? We could also just have people set a goal for themselves for the week and check in on a challenge thread. Please let me know if anyone has a preference!!
