Since Sparkpeople is featuring Sleep this month, I thought we should do the same!
Here’s how it works. For every night you get 7 hours of sleep, not 6:45, or 6:50, but SEVEN hours, you will earn 10 points!
For every minute over seven hours, give yourself an additional point.
For every minute over 9 hours of sleep, I want you to start deducting points!
There is No need for us to get more than 9 hours of sleep a day, Sorry!

Well here we go!!!


1.– Sleep Challenge:

Our Sleep Challenge Continues!!!

Since Sparkpeople is featuring Sleep this month, I thought we should do the same!
Here’s how it works. For every night you get 7 hours of sleep, not 6:45, or 6:50, but SEVEN hours, you will earn 10 points!

Our Sleep Challenge Continues!!!


Tuesday, 17th- 5 hours = 0 points
Wednesday- 6.5 =0 points
Thursday-6.5= points

Saturday- 7 hours = 10 points FINALLY
Sunday- 9 hours = 130 points...apparently I was tired

emoticon Since Sparkpeople is featuring Sleep this month, I thought we should do the same!
Here’s how it works. For every night you get 7 hours of sleep, not 6:45, or 6:50, but SEVEN hours, you will earn 10 points!
For every minute over seven hours, give yourself an additional point.
For every minute over 9 hours of sleep, I want you to start deducting points!
There is No need for us to get more than 9 hours of sleep a day, Sorry!

Example: 8 hrs. And 15 min. of sleep = 10 (for the 1st 7) + 60 (for the next hour) +plus 15= 85 points!
