Me too!

I finally started some form of physical exercise! I did the Leslie Sansone one mile video.

And yes,
1. I am sweating
2. I am breathing a little heavy
3. I'm surprised it went so fast.

I actually was thinking about doing the 2 miles. But I think I'll stick with this for awhile. I don't want to get sore and then quit. I think I can actually do this one.

OK. Gotta go rest a little. Whew!
