4. - Sleeping Challenge: It was brought to my attention by one of our own, that I have been breaking my own rule that I try to enforce on us! I have not been getting my 7 hours of sleep!
So, this week we will earn 50 points for each night we get 7 hours, and lose 50 points for each night we do not! Itís just that simple! It has to be 7 or more! No Less. And if you get more than 9 take away 50 points too! That is too much! Life is too short to spend it sleeping! Get up and get out and enjoy it!

I did clean for two hours, but I tracked in my Fitness tracker as one, because it says, "heavy cleaning".
SO, I didn't want to count it as two here, when I only counted it as one on the tracker. Does that make sense?

emoticon 4. - Sleeping Challenge: It was brought to my attention by one of our own, that I have been breaking my own rule that I try to enforce on us! I have not been getting my 7 hours of sleep!
So, this week we will earn 50 points for each night we get 7 hours, and lose 50 points for each night we do not! Itís just that simple! It has to be 7 or more! No Less. And if you get more than 9 take away 50 points too! That is too much! Life is too short to spend it sleeping! Get up and get out and enjoy it!
