Hello All,

I don't like running either. I was never good at it when I was growing up. I also have disabilities that prevent me from doing it.

I am going to start all over again on doing my exercises for 30 minutes a day. I had something happen a couple of days ago that got me off track. It has been resolved so now I can get back in the track of things.

I do an hour each day, my bike for 40 min and my weights for l0 and my walk with Hailey for l0. I do it without fail, unless I am not feeling good, and I am losing with it. Of course, you have to watch what you eat.

Who like to run? I never did.

I definately want to be doing at least 30 minutes of excercise per day. What I'd really like to do is go for a bike ride.... now to just get my bike in working order!

I'm with you kid I'm pushing to lose another 6-10 pounds this month and KNOW I can do it no problem.

TODAY Is MY tomorrow. It's up to ME to shape it, To TAKE CONTROL and seize EVERY opportunity. The POWER is in the choices I make EVERY day. I eat well, I live well I SHAPE ME!

I will give it a go. I will watch what I eat all week long and I will try to do some exercises in for 30 minutes. a day. I think I will be able to do it.

THIS FIRST WEEKS FOCUS

LET'S CHALLENGE OURSELVES TO SEE HOW LONG OF A STREAK WE CAN HAVE FOR STAYING TOTALLY ON TRACK WITH NUTRITION AND EXERCISE!

WHO CAN HAVE A FULL WEEK 7 DAYS OF EATING RIGHT AND AT LEAST 30 MINUTES OF ACTIVITY A DAY?
