What a surprise this morning, another half lb. so now that makes 2 lbs. recently. Got into another pair of pants. Come on join the bandwagon and start losing. You know there is not excuse for not losing. You are fooling yourself when you say you want to lose and don;t. We have all been there. We try and fall back But you know if you realy realy want to lose you will.
It doesn't take much, just will power and the supoort team we have here. Join us and find out.
Marian is giving you the help you need, so why not take it, it is free. Got a problem why you can't lose, tell us and maybe we can find a way around it. Winter is coming and you can work on it and by spring let that person out who has been hiding inside you. What do you say. Anyone gamed?

Hello All,

Congratulations Camey and Marion for your weight lose. I haven't weighed myself yet. I am kind of afraid what it might say. I have beed eating good though. I just don't like staying in one spot for a long while. I need it to go up or down. I might weigh myself later today. I will wait and see how I am feeling.

I'm looking to lose another 10 pounds before Dec 17th

Lost one and quarter and got into another pair of pants. Problem, have to sew hem as one is down and other is up. LOL Second pair hem came down. Guess have to use tighter stitches, but pants are not new, as have had them for a while, old favorites.

Hello All,

I got off my track the last couple of days. I was still trying to eat right, but I was just grabbing something easy, so we could go back out and look for Mushka.

I have gained 1 pound back. I am not happy with that. I will get back in gear and get back doing the things that I was doing that helped me to lose. I need to do that. Hopefully it will keep on working for me.

Congratulations to those of you that have not gained and those that have lost some. Keep up the good work. It does work if you work it.

I am not on a diet. My plan is eat less and exercise. I lost a lb.
I have one pk of oatmeal for breakfast...l00 calories
I have one pk of l00 calories cookies for snack
Lunch could consits of chicken, fish, meatloaf, hamburg patties, with veggies.
My supper is toast with jam and peanut butter, or butter spray and a banana.
My snack is Skinny cow ice cream low fat.
In between have a cup of tea.
I do 40 min on sit down bike, l0 on weights, and l0 on walking Hailey up the street. Not to mention washing clothes, cooking, cleaning, etc. Right now I am bushed as I just chg'd kitchen curtains and wash the summer ones. I still have drapes to put up. Also, had to go grocery shopping and put it away, then washed Hailey's comforter, which is in dryer now and soon he will want his supper and so will Hailey and I still need to wash my hair. I know tomorrow I will be exhausted as my legs now are aching, but being 78 halfway to 79 it happens. So, do you do housework cheap? So I can rest? LoL

Well I seem to be staying pretty much at 271.2.... THANK GOD!! It means I didn't gain any weight, I didn't lose any either... but not gaining is victory enough! I go back Monday to the Doctor. And I'm really hoping she'll tell me I can restart my diet again. This getting sick crap is for the birds, I tell ya!

I am going to weigh myself tomorrow... I'm kind of scared about it though, I've been off my diet for a full 2 weeks, and am terribly afraid that I'll have gained back a good amount of what I lost to begin with!

Yes me too I would very much like to see the scales move again now too. I`ve been losing the inches for awhile so now it should revert back to the pounds lost.
