I'm in emoticon i like to weigh my self every day at the same time first thing in the moring after going to the restroom i do this to help keep motavaided sometimes its a fight to work out or do carido so by weighing every day this will show eating right and exercise all the hard work is worth it"thank you GOD for the couarage to belive in my self a 49 year old overweight weak willed man i now know that" threw GOD all things are possible"

Back down to 219 as of this morning! Still having a great time with food and exercise.

Went walking this morning on the treadmill and made a fantastic Chicken Vegetable soup for dinner.

I can't wait to see the results next week!

I'm definitely sore from building the framework for a haunted house yesterday but it's all good! I've also build the bike cover frame and rearranged part of the backyard.

Right now I'm doing laundry and stiring the soup. Kinda letting my body rest.
