I feel I have struggled the whole month of January, losing only 4.3#. I know my fitness minutes/calories burned have not been up to par. I have arthritis and that was my excuse many days last month...not this month! I am shooting for 600 minutes this month. If you are doing this challenge and have time, please keep me in check! That helps me alot, to know that someone else is doing the same thing!

I'm going to try for at least 30 minutes per day for the month. So that would be a total of 840 minutes. emoticon

For Feb I will do the same as Jan. 720 mins = 30 mins a day x 6 days a week.

Love the strength training but hate the cardio (bad legs). So I don't get much in at all. So I'm gonna start slow.

Treadmill 60 minutes a day x 28 (this isn't a leap year is it?) days = 1680 minutes

With 31 days in January and far too many 11 hour work days I am not sure what to do with Feb. We (my kids, MrTom and myself) are going to be doing the P90X beginning today and so that may change my gym routine for Feb. So with that said and missing my 1200 by 203 last month I am going to try and get in 1000 and hope I can beat that and get closer to my 1200 again. emoticon

I also met my goal of 1000 min in Jan and I am staying with the same number. Shorter month is the prime reason and my heel spurrs are bothering me quite a bit.

I am going to exceed 450 minutes of cardio. I have a week of vacation next week and don't know how I'll count that week yet. (Lots of walking but at a very casual pace)

I hope to get out and move for at least 30 minutes a day five times a week.

I walked 4 1/2 miles with a friend yesterday and ran part of it...today my legs hurt but I am going to shoot for 800 minutes of cardio this month! I kind of like this new pain of muscle use:)
