Goal is 2700 minutes.
Not much Sunday, still not feeling well but I did out in my garden for 30 minutes.
9/5 = 30 cardio
9-6 = 75 cardio/20 strength
9-7 = 84 cardio/30 strength
9-8 = 86 cardio/0 strength
9-9 = 69 cardio/25 strength
9-10 = 110 cardio/0
9-11 = 105 cardio/0
weekly total = 559 cardio/85 strength(644total)
monthly total = 918
Minutes to goal = 1,782, need to avg 94 minutes daily to meet goal for month.

9/12 = 60 Cardio/0 strength
9/13 = 72 cardio/15 strength
9/14 = 153 cardio/25 strength~~busy day!
9/15 = 90 cardio/0 strength
9/16 = 75 cardio/25 strength

Okay, sorry for missing so much but this last week with Kris being home hasn't given me much computer time. My fitness minutes for the month as of 9/25 are 2,246 so I have 454 minutes left to reach my goal for the month of 2700. Not sure if I will be able to post daily on all my threads but will total at end of month. Hope all are doing well and we all finish the month strong and striving for our goals!!

I don't really know how to set a realistic goal much less a "push" goal.

I started SP on 3 July & for that month (29 days altogether), had 1224 mins which was an avg of 42 daily.

In Aug, I started out well but then had some chest/heart issues in the middle of the month so I backed way off & ended with 520 mins or an avg of 17 mins daily.

So far this month, I have 398 mins & I'm not done with fitness for today (Wed the 15th).

I'm not going to list the things I can't do but rather the things that I CAN do: recumbent bike, walking (but not briskly for very long); Wii Fit Plus beginner activities, aqua aerobics (as long as I don't try to keep up with everyone for the whole hour) and a very few Yoga forms. Any comments or suggestions are most welcome.

My goal is 1000 minutes. I am supposed to walk to work; however often I use the metro (even though I hate the metro). So maybe this will inspire me to choose to walk more frequently.

i walk every day one mile, to the bus stop and home after work...we have steep hills here.
total of 40 minutes a day. then we have walking around work..
i hope this is ok for my
goals?
on weekends my son gets me to walk another mile or two. sometimes he gets me to walk to, around and back from the lake...these are my daily goals.
