So i've been doing this for a few months now and need to make this a challenge, so i'm going for 1200 minutes this month! This should equal out to 100 miles too! Good luck everyone!

This challenge was exactly what I needed! Thanks for the motivation. My goal was 1000 and I just logged 1100, and there's still more month to burn. I had been stuck on the weight loss for about a month and the increase in fitness minutes kicked my body into gear again. A couple more pounds (finally) came off.

I have been doing 15 minute walks on my treadmill every morning but it is not enough I am at a stand still again with my weight.actually gained 2lbs. back and don't know why but I won't give up I am determind to loose weight.I need to keep reading what all of yall are doing.I do need to drink more water for sure.

Hi I am new to this challenge and to SPARKPEOPLE...I want to set the goal at 500 minutes. I am horrible with exercise. It is so hard but I will try my best. Let's cheer each other on this challenge!!!

So i've been doing this for a few months now and need to make this a challenge, so i'm going for 1200 minutes this month! This should equal out to 100 miles too! Good luck everyone!

OK, today is Monday, May 9th, so far this month I have 350 minutes, Yahoo!! Yesterday, mother's day was a good one, I grabbed my husband and dog and we took a hike up Tongue River Canyon in Dayton, WY. It was BEAUTIFUL!!! To Sheep creek and back was 5 miles and we did it in 2 hours

I'm trying for 780 minutes this month. Avg 6 days/week at 30 minutes/day plus 120 minutes for the 30th and 31st...

May 1 - this will have to be my day off :) I did a lot of yard work but didn't keep track :)

This is my first time responding and also, when I tally up my cardio fitness minutes for a month, we're looking at about 280 - yes that's all. So I'm setting a goal of 500 minutes. Not a lot, but a good start for me!

May goal 1150 cardio minutes.

5/1 - 39 minutes stationary bike, 1111 to go
5/2 - 85 minutes stationary bike, elliptical, and walking, 1026 to go
5/3 - 99 minutes walking, softball practice, and jumping jacks, 927 to go
5/4 - 0
