So I'm thinking about what has been posted here to date. Upon reflection I look to what I'm seeking as disciplines currently in my walk:
1. pray about anything, anywhere, anytime.
2. be intentional.
3. control my tongue.
4. read the Sunday Lectionary, ponder all week before.
5. worship with others.

I'm not even near perfect, but I know someone who is.

1) read the bible
2) be grateful
3) smile even when you don't feel like it.
4) pray
5) listen for answers to your prayers

Check this out. I ran across this by clicking on an ad here at Spark. It's called Five Simple Things. Almost a take-off from John Wesley's Three Simple Rules. www.porchstep.com
My husband is looking at it for a Lenten Study.
